Return and Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the conditions under which you can request a return or replacement:

A. Incorrect Product Delivered

If the product you receive doesn’t match the item description on our website or if the wrong product is delivered, you’re eligible for a return or replacement.

B. Quality or Manufacturing Defects

Should you encounter any genuine quality or manufacturing defects, rest assured that we’ll address it promptly.

C. Damage in Transit

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged due to transit, we’ve got you covered.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Within 72 hours of delivery, email us at [email protected] with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for Return: Specify whether it’s due to damage, defect, or incorrect product.
  2. For all returns, we require an uncut unboxing video showing a 360-degree view of the package. This helps us understand the issue better and ensures transparency.
  3. Return Pickup: We’ll arrange for the pickup within 4-5 working days from the same address where the product was shipped. Please ensure the product is securely packaged in its original wrapping.
  4. Product Condition: The returned product must be in unused condition, undamaged, and with all tags and invoice slips intact.

Refunds and Replacements

  1. If a replacement isn’t feasible due to certain circumstances, we’ll notify you promptly.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to your original mode of payment.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via Bank Transfer, exclusive of the COD charge (Rs 40).
